Telgea makes it easy to keep track of your team's mobile usage in real time - whether it's data, calls, or texts using the analytics page.


Where to Find Usage Analytics

Head to the Analytics tab in the Mobile Plan Portal to view detailed consumption stats. You can monitor usage in two main ways:

  • By Country – See how your team's mobile services are being used across different regions.

  • By User – Drill down into individual user activity for data, calls, and texts.


What You Can Track

You'll find insights into:

  • Local vs International Usage
    Separate usage by region for better visibility and cost tracking.

  • Data Consumption
    Monitor how much data is being used per user or across countries.

  • Call Minutes
    Track local and international voice call usage.

  • Text Messages
    Keep an eye on SMS volumes per user or location.
