Creating a new eSim phone number in the Telgea Mobile Plan portal and assigning it to a teammate is an easy and straightforward process.
To create a new phone number, press on the "+" button in the top right corner and choose the "Numbers" option:
Choose the "Create new number" option:
Tip: You can also choose to transfer an existing number to Telgea.
Now it's time to choose the country for your new phone number:
✚ View the list of available countries in which you can create phone numbers in the Mobile Plans Countries and Pricing article.
Choose the owner for the new number. If the person is not in the list, you can press the "Add new person" button:
You are almost there! Double check if the details are correct and press "Create number":
The teammate will receive an email with detailed instructions they have to follow to activate their eSim with the plan.
Tip: Check the Spam folder if you do not see our email in the main inbox.
