Your iPhone is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.

Sign in with your work email address
Open the Telgea app and sign in using your work email address.
If you have an active Telgea plan, the app will automatically guide you to the eSIM installation screen.
Install your first eSIM (Primary Line)
Installing your main eSIM is as simple as pressing the button within the app.
When prompted by your iPhone, tap "Install eSIM" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Assign a label to this eSIM. For example, label it "Business" to easily identify it as your primary line for calls and messages.
Set this eSIM as your default line by going to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and selecting "Business."
Configuring Mobile Data
Once the first eSIM is successfully installed:
Navigate to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Service > Mobile Data.
Select the "Business" eSIM as your primary line for mobile data.
Enable "Allow Mobile Data Switching" to ensure seamless connectivity when abroad.
Installing the Second eSIM (Travel Line)
After installing your first eSIM, return to the app; it will prompt you to install your second eSIM.
(Note: You can also select “Re-install eSIM” within the app at any time to access your available eSIMs).
Tap “Install eSIM” and follow the on-screen iOS instructions.
Label this eSIM "Travel" to distinguish it from your primary line. You will use this eSIM to access Home Zone Data in 75 countries.
Configure international roaming: Go to Settings > Cellular, tap on the "Travel" line, and enable the "Data Roaming" toggle.
Final Steps and Verification
Confirm connectivity by disabling Wi-Fi and browsing the internet using mobile data.
Make a brief test call to ensure voice services are active.
