At Telgea, we make it very easy for you to manage your numbers, teammates, and teams.

Create a Teammate

Here's how you can add a new person to the portal.

  1. Press on the "+" button in the top right corner and choose "People":

  2. Add the teammate's full name and email, and press "Continue":

  3. You can now see and edit the new person on the main Portal page, just press on their name and you will see the menu where you can choose a team for the person.

💡Tip

You can locate the eSIM PUK Code and PIN Code in the "Number info" tab after choosing a specific number. Also, you can terminate the plan in the "Manage plan" tab.

Create a Team

Here's how you can add a new team in the portal.

  1. Press on your name in the top right corner and choose "Teams".

  2. Press create team and add the team's name, choose an emoji, and press "Continue":

  3. Select team members from this team and press "Continue":

  4. You are all set.
