🖱️ Data pool

Start by selecting the zones where your team needs data coverage.
Telgea operates on three different zones:

Home Zone
Business Zone
ROW (Rest of World) Zone

Only the zones you activate will allow usage — giving you full cost control from the start.

The countries included in the different zones are found in the app under "Regions".

Next, allocate how many GB each zone should have.

Each zone becomes its own shared pool, meaning:

Data is purchased in bulk.

The larger the allocation, the lower the effective price per GB.

Zones that are not added to your datapool are automatically blocked.

This prevents unexpected roaming charges and ensures your team only consumes data where you’ve planned for it.

Data pools are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Unused data expires after this period.

Running low? You can add more data yourself — no call needed.

Once a pool passes 80% usage, a ready-made extension offer appears on your Plans overview in the Telgea Portal:

- Roughly one month of data at your team's current usage, price shown upfront

- Active immediately — if the pool had run out, connectivity is restored within minutes

- Valid for 12 months from purchase, and your existing pool is always used up first

Admins are notified by email as a pool reaches 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% usage.
