🍏 Make sure you’re using the correct eSIM (iPhone)

If your line isn’t working correctly, first make sure your device is actually using the correct eSIM.

The eSIM name shown in your phone settings will not automatically be named "Telgea Business" or "Telgea Travel". Depending on your device and setup, it may be labelled Primary, Secondary, Personal, Business, or something else. The most reliable way to identify your Telgea eSIM is by comparing its ICCID — the unique identification number of the eSIM.

  1. Open your device Settings
Go to Settings → General → About.

    . .

  2. Find your installed eSIMs
Scroll down until you see the eSIMs installed on your device. Locate the ICCID shown for the eSIM you want to check.

  3. Open the Telgea app
Open the Telgea app and tap My eSIMs.

  4. Check your Telgea eSIM details
Find your Business eSIM and tap SIM Details to view its ICCID.

  5. Compare the ICCIDs
Compare the ICCID in the Telgea app with the ICCID shown in your device settings. If they match, you have identified the correct eSIM. Once identified, make sure to set that eSIM as default for Voice Calling and Mobile/Cellular Data in your Mobile/Cellular data settings on your device.

  6. If you cannot find a matching ICCID

If none of the installed eSIMs on your device match the ICCID shown in the Telgea app, remove any unused eSIMs from your device. Then return to My eSIMs in the Telgea app and tap "Request Replacement". Once the replacement has gone through you can install the eSIM again and re-check the ICCID to confirm that it matches.
