💰 Understanding your pricing

You can find a complete overview of your organization’s pricing in the Telgea Platform.

To access it:

Your pricing overview includes international calling rates, day-pass prices, mobile plan costs, and data pool pricing.

You can view the rates for making international calls from your mobile plans.

To view these rates, select International Calling in the Pricing tab.

Here, you can see the applicable calling rates for different countries, helping you understand the cost of making international calls.

Day passes allow employees to use mobile data when traveling internationally.

Under Day-pass Pricing, you can view the cost of a day pass for each supported destination.

You can also choose whether employees should be able to see these prices in the Telgea mobile app.

To enable price visibility:

When enabled, employees can see the price of a day pass when ordering one in the Telgea mobile app.

If disabled, employees can still order day passes, but prices will not be displayed.

Under Mobile Plans, you can see exactly what your organization pays for its different types of mobile plans.

Each plan displays its price per line, making it easy to understand the cost of each subscription.

Under Data Pools, you can view the price your organization pays for mobile data.

Prices are displayed per gigabyte (GB), allowing you to understand the cost of data across your different pools.
