Requesting a top-up allows you to request additional data when you are approaching or have reached your assigned data threshold.
Requests are sent directly to your organization’s administrators for review.
How to request additional data
Open the Telgea app.
Tap Top Up Data.
Select the data pool you want to add data to:
Home Zone
Business Zone
Rest of World
Choose the desired top-up amount.
Submit the request.
Your request will be sent to your company administrator for approval.
You can follow the status of your request directly from the app home screen.
