🏁 How to get started with Telgea

This article covers the most important steps getting started with Telgea.

  • Create a team member

    Please add your team members into Telgea.
    ​

    1. When logged into the portal, locate the "+" symbol in the upper right corner of the page and click it

    2. Select alternative "People"

    3. Select alternative "Add people manually"

    4. Fill in the relevant information about your team member

    5. Save

  • How to create numbers

    After you've created your team-members, it's time to create phone numbers for them.
    ​

    1. When logged into the portal, locate the "+" symbol in the upper right corner of the page and click it

    2. Select alternative "Numbers"

    3. Select alternative "Create New Number"

    4. Select the country for your new phone number.
      A plan will automatically be assigned based on your chosen country.

    5. Select the team member who will be using the number.
      The monthly cost will be displayed at the top of the page

    6. Click "Confirm"

    7. An Email with instructions on how to activate the eSIM will now be sent to your team member

  • How to transfer numbers

    If you already have an existing phone number with a provider, you can easily transfer the number to Telgea by following these steps:
    ​

    1. When logged into the portal, locate the "+" symbol in the upper right corner of the page and click it

    2. Select alternative "Numbers"

    3. Select alternative "Transfer Numbers"

    4. Choose the country and on the next step, download the CSV template and provide the user's information.

    5. Drag and drop or upload the CSV to the portal

    6. An Email with instructions will now be sent to the team member

  • Install your eSIM

    You will install two different eSIMs on your device:

    • Local eSIM (Handles all calling, texting and browsing in your home country)

    • Travel eSIM (Provides data while you're abroad)

Note!
​When labeling the eSIMs, please label the local eSIM "Business" and the travel eSIM "Travel" to avoid any mix-ups.

Now you are all set to start using Telgea.
