For end users
End users can manage their eSIM from the My eSIMs section of the Telgea mobile app.
From this page, users can:
Install their eSIM if it has not yet been installed.
Reinstall their eSIM if they need to set it up again, such as after switching to a new device or while troubleshooting.
View eSIM details, including the ICCID (SIM identifier) and PIN.
For administrators
To manage a userâs eSIM:
Go to People.
Select the user.
Open the Number Info tab.
From here, you can:
Check the installation status to see whether the user's eSIM has been installed.
Resend instructions if the eSIM hasn't been installed yet. The user gets the installation email again, and nothing changes on their line.
Replace SIM if the user can't use their eSIM: they switched phones, deleted it, or the installation keeps failing after the instructions were resent. The current eSIM stops working and new installation instructions are sent.
View SIM details, including the ICCID (SIM identifier) and PIN.
