Multiple Number Porting in Hong Kong

With Telgea, it’s simple. Just log into the Telgea portal and start your porting request. No hassles, just a streamlined process to bring your number over.

What You’ll Need

To transfer Hong Kong numbers in bulk, you’ll need to provide the following information:

  • Existing ICCID – the ICCID of the SIMs/eSIMs currently associated with the numbers you want to transfer. This is used as the authorization code for the transfer.

  • Company name – the company name registered with your current carrier.

  • Customer ID number – your customer number with your current carrier.

Make sure the information matches the details held by your current carrier. Incorrect information may cause the transfer request to be rejected or delayed.

Submit the request in the Telgea Portal

  1. Select the green + button in the upper-right corner of the Telgea portal.

  2. Select Numbers.

  3. Select Transfer numbers.

  4. Select Multiple numbers.

  5. Download the Excel template and fill in the required details for each user.

  6. Save the completed .xlsx file and upload it.

  7. Submit the request.

What happens on the transfer date?

Hong Kong number transfers are scheduled to take place at approximately 2:00 AM Hong Kong time (HKT).

Once the transfer is completed, the numbers will move from the previous carrier to Telgea, and you can install your eSIM via the Telgea app.
