❌ How to Check Which Travel eSIM to Delete

Sometimes when a new travel eSIM is issued, the old one may still remain on your phone if it wasn’t deleted. This can cause two travel eSIMs to show up at the same time. Don’t worry — it’s easy to check which one is correct and remove the extra.

Updated this week

Step 1: Get your ICCID number from us

Please reach out to our support team — we will provide you with the ICCID number of your correct travel eSIM. You’ll use this number to check against what is on your phone.

Step 2: Activate one of your travel eSIMs

If you see more than one travel eSIM on your phone, start by activating one of them.

On iPhone (Android instructions further down on the page):

Go to your phone’s settings

  • Open SettingsGeneralAbout

  • Scroll down until you see the section for activated eSIMs

Find and compare the ICCID number

  • Under each activated eSIM, you will see a number called ICCID

  • Compare the number shown on your phone with the ICCID number we provided you

Confirm and clean up

  • If the ICCID matches, this means the currently activated eSIM is the correct one → Keep it

  • The other (non-activated) travel eSIM can now be deleted:

    • Go to SettingsCellular

    • Select the extra eSIM

    • Tap Delete eSIM

On Android:

Go to your phone’s settings

  • Open SettingsAbout phone (or sometimes About device)

  • Select SIM status or eSIM status (wording may vary slightly depending on your device)

  • You will see a list of your eSIMs and their details

Find and compare the ICCID number

  • Look for the number called ICCID under the active eSIM

  • Compare the number shown on your phone with the ICCID number we provided you

Confirm and clean up

  • If the ICCID matches, this means the currently activated eSIM is the correct one → Keep it

  • The other (non-activated) travel eSIM can now be deleted:

    • Go to SettingsNetwork & Internet (sometimes called Connections)

    • Select SIMs or eSIMs

    • Tap on the extra eSIM

    • Select Remove or Delete
