What You’ll Need
To transfer a Hong Kong number, you’ll need to provide the following information:
Existing ICCID – the ICCID of the SIM/eSIM currently associated with the number you want to transfer. This is used as the authorization code for the transfer.
Company name – the company name registered with your current carrier.
Customer ID number – your customer number with your current carrier.
Make sure the information matches the details held by your current carrier. Incorrect information may cause the transfer request to be rejected or delayed.
How it Works
Submit the Request in the Telgea Portal:
Head to the green plus button in the upper right corner of the Telgea portal
Select “Numbers”
Select “Transfer numbers”
Select “Single Number”
Fill in the required information
Submit the request
What happens on the transfer date?
Hong Kong number transfers are scheduled to take place at approximately 2:00 AM Hong Kong time (HKT).
Once the transfer is completed, your number will move from your previous carrier to your Telgea service, and you can install your eSIM via the Telgea app.
