🛠️ How to Get Help With Your Telgea Plan

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Whether you're having trouble with your mobile service, need help understanding your plan, or something just isn’t working quite right, we’re here to help.

The Fastest Way to Get Support

If you already have a Telgea plan but are not an admin, the Help Center and in-app chat widget are the quickest ways to get help.

  1. Visit our Help Center
Start at our Help Center, where we’ll guide you through a short workflow to identify your issue. This helps us understand your situation faster and provide accurate support.

  2. Use the Chat Widget
Our support team is available via chat. Once you’ve completed the short workflow, you’ll be connected with someone who has the right context to help you out.

  3. Provide Context
To help us help you, be ready to share:

    • Your full name

    • The mobile number or email tied to your plan

    • A description of the issue (what’s happening, what you’ve tried)

    • For specific issues, we ask some simple questions so we can provide the best support

🔒 Why You Might Not Be Able to Log In

If you’re trying to log into the Telgea platform but can’t, it’s likely because:

  • Only Admin Users Can Log In: Right now, only designated company administrators can access the platform.

  • End Users Can't Create Accounts: Individual users aren’t able to create their own accounts at this time. Your access is tied to your organization’s administrator.

  • Need Help From an Admin? If your request requires admin-level changes (like porting a number or changing a plan), we recommend contacting your company’s Telgea admin directly.

🧭 We’re actively working on a mobile app that will improve how you interact with your plan - stay tuned!

🔐 Identity Verification for Tailored Support

When a support request involves account-specific actions—like number changes, SIM activation, or anything sensitive - we’ll do a quick identity check. This keeps your information secure.
