Updated yesterday

Recommended Installation

Telgea recommends installing your eSIM in its designated home country. This ensures your device connects directly to the necessary infrastructure for proper provisioning, providing the most reliable setup experience.

An eSIM typically needs an initial connection to its home network to activate fully and provision features correctly.

International Installation Limitations

While it’s possible to install your eSIM internationally, Telgea cannot guarantee full functionality if activated outside its home country. Some features may not work as expected, or provisioning may fail due to network limitations abroad.

Installing Data eSIM in Home Zone

Good news: Telgea Data eSIMs can be reliably installed in any of the 75 Home Zone countries. This means you have the flexibility to activate data services seamlessly across multiple international locations.

Best Practice Recap

  • Install your eSIM while in the home country whenever possible.

  • For Data eSIMs, installation is supported in all 75 Home Zone countries.

  • Activation outside the home network might limit some features.
