Tip: Use your smartphone for KYC to be able to take photos of your government ID and for better selfie verification.

Press on the "Complete KYC" button:
Once you are redirected to the https://portal.telgea.com/kyc page, choose "Begin verifying":
Select the country of the government ID card you want to use for verification:
Choose the type of your ID, and upload a photo of it (available ID types will depend on the country you choose):
After uploading photos of the front and back of your ID card, wait for the ID to be processed, do not change browser tabs to not interrupt the processing:
The last step is selfie verification. If you are using your computer, we would recommend switching to your smartphone for better results - choose the "Continue on another device" button:
If you pressed "Continue on another device", scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone or request an email to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow the link and complete the selfie verification.
Note: During selfie verification you will need to position your face in the center. You might need to move the smartphone closer or farther from your face. Please follow the instructions on the screen when you are asked to turn your face to the left and to the right.
If the steps are followed properly, the verification will be completed immediately:
