Cancel a plan

This article describe how you cancel a plan with Telgea.

If you want to cancel a plan with Telgea you write to [email protected] from the e-mail that is registered as the Company HQ Contact Person on the mobile plan portal.

In the e-mail you need to include:

  1. The number associated with the plan.

  2. The last month it should be active in

    1. The plan terminates by the last day of the month.

Once you receive a confirmation e-mail the plan will be canceled on the requested date.

If you want to keep the number you need to port it to a new provider before the plan cancels. Once the plan is canceled the number will be lost!
