✅ Whitelist a Domain in Google Workspace

To prevent emails from Telgea to go into your company's spam folder you can whitelist Telgea.com and Telgea.co. This is how you do it.

  1. Log in to the Admin Console

  2. Navigate to Gmail Settings

    • Click: Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Spam, phishing, and malware.

  3. Whitelist the IP

    • Scroll to Email whitelist.

    • Click Configure or Edit.

    • Add the IP: 143.244.83.135

    • Click Save.

  4. Bypass Spam Filters for Specific Domains

    • Under Spam, click Configure next to “Bypass spam filters…”.

  5. Create a Domain Allow List

    • In the popup window, next to Bypass spam filters for messages from senders or domains in selected lists, click Create or edit list.

    • A new window opens.

  6. Add Allowed Domains

    • Click Add address list.

    • Name it: Telgea Whitelisted domain.

    • Click Add address.

      • Add telgea.com, then click Add address again and add telgea.co.

    • Click Save.

  7. Apply the List

    • Back in the previous window, choose Use existing list and select the one you just made.

    • Give this rule a title at the top (e.g., Bypass spam for Telgea).

    • Click Save.
