Why Acting Fast Matters

  • Recovery windows vary by market, but in many cases, we’ve successfully restored plans that were flagged for termination within a couple of days.

  • Once a number is fully deactivated by the network, recovery may no longer be possible.

What You Should Do

  1. Stop any further changes to the affected user or number.

  2. Contact Telgea Support immediately.

  3. Provide the user’s name and number that was terminated and a brief explanation.

Our team will investigate and do everything possible to retrieve the number and restore service.
