Our integration with Hibob syncs your employee contacts with Telgea's Mobile Plan Portal. Once synced, you can easily create new numbers or transfer existing ones within the Telgea portal, streamlining mobile management for your team.
In the Telgea platform, select your profile from the bottom of the navigation menu and choose âIntegrations.â
On the Integrations screen, click âGet Started.â
You will now be asked to input your HiBob ID and Token.
How to find your HiBob ID and Token
Log in to your organisationâs HiBob account, click the menu icon in the top-right corner, and select âSystem Settings.â
In the Settings menu, choose âIntegrations,â scroll down to âAutomation,â and click âConnectâ under âService Users.â
âSelect âCreateâ and give it the display name "Telgea".
Once created, you will find your HiBob ID and Token.
Copy the ID and Token and paste them into the HiBob integration section on the Telgea platform.
âNext, enable the requested permissions in HiBob and set up the Telgea webhook to proceed.
âSet HiBob permissions
Go to âPermission Groups.â
Click âCreate Permission Groupâ and select âService User.â
Provide the Group Name "Telgea Group". Then, under âMembers,â select Telgea and click âApplyâ and then "Create" and "Confirm".
Go to the âPermissionsâ menu on the left side, scroll down and select âPeopleâ, and enable the following permissions:â¨
âNext, scroll further down and select âSettingsâ from the Permissions menu and enable the following permission:
Now in the top menu got to âPeopleâs dataâ, and check off the following permissions:
People - Personal contact details
Edit selected employeesâ Personal contact details sections
View selected employeesâ Personal contact details section histories

â ď¸ Make sure to verify that you have completed the steps above, as the integration will not function properly unless all permissions are enabled!
Finally click âSaveâ to save the permissions and press "Apply".
Set up Webhook
The final step to integrating HiBob with Telgea, is to set up a webhook.
Go to âSettingsâ and Select âIntegrationsâ. â¨Select âWebhooksâ and select âConnectâ

On the next screen select âAdd WebhookâName the Webhook "Telgea Webhook" for your webhook and paste in the following webhook url:
Under âVersionâ, select âv2â
Under âEventsâ, select âEmployeesâ in the dropdown and click âApplyâ

To complete the setup, select âAddâ
18. Return to the Telgea platform and confirm that you have:
⢠Enabled the required permissions.
⢠Set up the Telgea webhook.
Finalize the setup by clicking âContinue.â
