Webhooks allow your organization to receive real-time notifications when events occur in the Telgea platform. Instead of repeatedly polling the API for updates, Telgea automatically sends event data to a URL that you specify.
Webhooks can be used to synchronize users with external systems, trigger internal workflows, or build custom integrations with your existing tools.
Access Webhooks
Go to Integrations.
Scroll to the Webhooks section.
From here, you can create, edit, and manage all of your organization’s webhooks.
Create a Webhook
To create a new webhook:
Click Create Webhook.
Enter the Endpoint URL where webhook requests should be sent.
Select the events you want to subscribe to.
Save the webhook.
Whenever one of the selected events occurs, Telgea will send a webhook request to your configured endpoint.
Manage Webhooks
From the Webhooks page, administrators can:
View all configured webhooks.
Edit existing webhooks.
Delete webhooks.
Enable or disable webhooks.
Monitor Webhook Status
Each webhook displays its current status, allowing you to quickly verify whether deliveries are succeeding and identify any issues with your integration.
View Delivery History
Every webhook includes a Deliveries section, which provides a history of webhook requests.
The delivery history can be used to:
Verify that events have been delivered successfully.
Review previous webhook requests.
Troubleshoot failed or unsuccessful deliveries.
Verify Requests with the Signing Secret
Each webhook has a unique Signing Secret that can be viewed from the webhook details.
Use this secret in your backend application to verify that incoming webhook requests were sent by Telgea and have not been tampered with during transmission.
We recommend validating the signing secret before processing any webhook payloads to ensure the authenticity of incoming requests.
For technical documentation about webhooks and API endpoints, refer to the Telgea API documentation.
