📶 How to Add a Top-Up to Your Telgea Subscription

Need more data or minutes? You can easily request a top-up through Telgea’s self-service portal.

Step-by-Step: Requesting a Top-Up

1. Visit the Top-Up Portal

Go to telgea.com/topup in your phones browser.

Input your Telgea mobile number, including the country prefix (e.g., +45 for Denmark or +33 for France).

2. Verify with SMS Code

You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS. Enter the code on the screen to continue.

3. Choose Your Top-Up

Once verified, you’ll see available top-up options:

Home Zone (75 Countries)

  • Choose between Data or Minutes bundles.

  • Pick the amount that suits your needs.

International Top-Ups

  • Select the destination country where you want to use the data.

  • Choose the data amount and activation date.

4. Submit Request

After making your selection:

  • Review your request, including the activation date and price.

  • Click "Request Top Up" to send your request to your company administrator.


✅ What Happens Next?

Request Confirmation

Once submitted, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation screen.

Admin Review

Your request is sent to your IT/admin team for approval.

Notifications

You’ll be kept informed via email and SMS:

  • When your request is approved or rejected

  • When the top-up becomes active

What if my request is rejected?

You’ll receive an SMS and email explaining the reason. You can then submit a new request if needed.

Can I cancel a submitted request?

No, but if your request hasn’t been processed yet, reach out to your IT administrator directly.

When will my top-up be active?

Top-ups are activated on the date you selected during the request process, after approval.
