If youβve just ported your number to Telgea in the UK and are unable to connect to the internet, the issue is likely with your APN (Access Point Name) settings. Some devices donβt update these settings automatically when switching networks.
Steps to complete
Ensure the device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Disable any eSIMs currently installed
Update APN settings per your device below
Follow these steps to find your APN settings:

Settings > Mobile Service > Select the new Telgea eSIM > Mobile Data Network
Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network

Go to
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Add the correct APN settings

Username: (leave empty or as applicable)

MMS Max Message Size: 307200

Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
