📞 How to use Telgea’s Pipedrive Integration

Pipedrive makes it easy to track outbound calls made by team members whether they’re contacting existing or new contacts.

How It Works

  • Calls are automatically logged in Pipedrive under the contact’s activity.

  • Non-contacts? You can quickly convert new numbers into Pipedrive contacts.

  • Outbound calls only - the integration does not track inbound calls.

Where to Find Call Logs

  1. Open Pipedrive and navigate to "Contacts".

  2. Calls will appear under the respective contact or as an unlinked activity if the number isn’t saved.

  3. Click on an unlinked call to easily add the number as a new contact.

💡 Pro Tip: Regularly update your contacts to keep your sales pipeline organized and efficient!
