Before You Begin
Update Your Device:
Ensure your phone has the latest software version.iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Android: Go to Settings > Software Update.
Check Your Wi-Fi Connection:
Make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network during setup.
For iPhone
1. Toggle Airplane Mode
Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds, then turn it off.
This can help reset the connection between your phone and the network.
2. Restart Your iPhone
Power off your iPhone completely, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
3. Reset Network Settings
Resetting network settings often resolves PDP authentication failures:
Go to:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
OR Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restart your device after the reset.
βNote: This will erase your saved Wi-Fi passwords.
4. Check Your eSIM
Verify your eSIM is installed and active:
Go to Settings > Cellular > eSIM.
If not installed, reinstall it using the provided QR code or activation code.
For Android
1. Toggle Airplane Mode
Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds, then turn it off.
2. Restart Your Android Device
Turn off your phone, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
3. Reset Network Settings
Open your Settings menu and follow these steps:
Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth.
OR Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restart your device after the reset.
βNote: This will erase your saved Wi-Fi passwords.
4. Check Your eSIM
Verify your eSIM is installed and active:
Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager > eSIM.
If not installed, reinstall it using the QR code or activation code.
