Current Carrier Details:
The name of the current carrier managing the numbers you wish to port.
Service Address:
The address registered with your current provider.
This must match the address on file with your carrier, often found on your latest invoice.
Organization Number:
Sweden’s 12-digit Organization Number (organisationsnummer).
Found on your company’s financial or registration documents.
List of Numbers in E164 Format:
Provide each number or number range you wish to port.
