What You’ll Need
To ensure your port request goes through smoothly, have the following details ready:
Number in E164 Format: Example: +46 XXXX XXXX.
Current carrier details: The current carrier you wish to port from.
Organisation Number or Personnummer: Depending on the registered owner of the phone number, you need to provide the Organisation Number or Personnummer.
For most carriers in Sweden, you need to contact them in order to open up the numbers for port-in. Please do so before submitting the port-in.
How it Works
Submit the Request in the Telgea Portal:
Head to the green plus button in the upper right corner of the Telgea portal
Select “Numbers”
Select “Transfer numbers”
Select “Multiple numbers”
Download the Excel template and fill in the details for each user in the file.
Save the .xlsx file and upload it
Submit the request
