Information Required to Create the POA/LOA
Your onboarding manager will work with you to collect the following details:
Company Name:
The legal name of your organization.
Found on official documents or invoices from your current carrier.
Name of Current Carrier:
The name of the carrier currently managing the numbers you wish to port.
Address of Current Operator:
The service address associated with your account.
Verify this with your latest invoice or account details from your carrier.
Company CVR Number:
Denmark's unique company registration number.
Found on legal or financial documents for your business.
Name of Signatory:
The name and title of the person authorized to approve the porting process.
This person must be listed as an authorized representative for the company.
Contact Number:
A phone number for the authorized representative or company contact.
Recent Invoice:
A copy of the latest invoice from your current carrier.
This ensures all details align with your carrier's records, including numbers, billing information, and the service address.
