With Telgea, it’s simple. Just log into the Telgea portal and start your porting request. No hassles, just a streamlined process to bring your number over.


What You’ll Need

To ensure your port request goes through smoothly, have the following details ready:

  • Number in E164 Format: Example: +33 6 XX XX XX XX

  • Current Carrier Details: The current carrier you wish to port from.

  • RIO Code (Relevé d'Identité Opérateur): This code uniquely identifies your number and is required for all number transfers in France. You can retrieve it by calling 3179 from the number you want to port.
