What You’ll Need
To ensure your port request goes through smoothly, have the following details ready:
Number in E164 Format: Example: +33 6 XX XX XX XX
Current Carrier Details: The current carrier you wish to port from.
RIO Code (Relevé d'Identité Opérateur): This code uniquely identifies your number and is required for all number transfers in France. You can retrieve it by calling 3179 from the number you want to port.
How it Works
Submit the Request in the Telgea Portal:
Head to the green plus button in the upper right corner of the Telgea portal
Select “Numbers”
Select “Transfer numbers”
Select “Multiple numbers”
Download the Excel template and fill in the details for each user in the file.
Save the .xlsx file and upload it
Submit the request
