International Calls
Calling from Your Home Country
Telgeaās plans have competitive inclusions for international calls made while in your home country.
Minutes allocated in your plan are equivalent to a credit limit. For example, 1000 minutes is equivalent to an amount of credit.
Calling While Roaming
International roaming is supported with our "roam like home" inclusions and is included as part of the 1000 minutes in your plan.
Telgea offers additional roaming packages that can be pre-purchased to ensure predictable costs while traveling.
Managing Usage and Costs
Credit Limits
To prevent bill shock, Telgea sets a default credit limit of ā¬200 per user when you have exceeded your 1000 minutes.
Once this limit is reached, outgoing international calls or roaming may be restricted unless additional credit is added through purchasing an add on.
Customers can pre-purchase additional packages to extend usage.
Pre-Purchased Packages
Packages are available in various increments, tailored to business needs, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
Risk Management and Customer Protection
Bill Shock Mitigation: Telgeaās credit limit policy ensures users are notified before exceeding their thresholds. Additional credits or packages can be purchased to continue usage.
Transparency: Account administrators are able to monitor team member usage in the Mobile Plan Portal.
