What You’ll Need
To ensure your port request goes through smoothly, have the following details ready:
Number in E164 Format: Example: +44 XXXX XXXXXX.
Current Carrier Details: The current carrier you wish to port from.
PAC (Porting Authorization Code): You can obtain the PAC by texting "PAC" to 65075 from the number you want to port-in.
How it Works
Submit the Request in the Telgea Portal:
Head to the green plus button in the upper right corner of the Telgea portal
Select “Numbers”
Select “Transfer numbers”
Select “Single Number”
Fill in the required information
Submit the request

Double-Check Details before submitting the port-in
PAC codes are valid for 30 days from the date they are obtained. You will need to schedule the port-in within this timeframe, otherwise the port-in will be rejected.
