Preparing Essential Documents
For porting multiple numbers, we need the following documents ready:
Letter of Authorization (LOA): Signed and dated by the account’s authorized user, authorizing Telgea to manage the porting process.
Latest Invoice: Shows VAT number, account details, ICCID, and the authorized user’s name to align with your current provider’s records.
Information Required for the LOA
Your onboarding manager will guide you through completing the LOA, which must include:
Authorized Signatory: The person who can approve the transfer, including their signature and title.
Current Carrier Details: The current carrier you wish to port from.
Service Address: Must match the address registered with your current provider in Denmark.
Business Registration Number or Passport Number: Required for number activation.
List of Numbers in E164 Format: Provide each number or range, e.g., +45 XXXX XXXX.
Document Submission and Review
Telgea’s onboarding manager will help you compile and review all necessary documents to ensure accuracy before submission.
Process and Confirmation
Your onboarding manager will keep you updated on the porting status and confirm when the process is complete.
