What You’ll Need

To ensure your port request goes through smoothly, have the following details ready:

  • Number in E164 Format: Example: +45 XXXX XXXX.

  • Current Carrier Details: The current carrier you wish to port from.

  • Porting Code: This is the unique identifier on your existing SIM (called the ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) and is a unique 19- to 20-digit number that identifies your SIM card. Here’s how to find it:

    • Check the SIM Card
Most SIM cards have the ICCID printed on the card itself. Look for a long number on the plastic around or on the SIM card; it usually starts with 89, followed by your country code (e.g., 8945 for Denmark).

    • On Your Device

      • iPhone:

        • Go to Settings > General > About.

        • Scroll down to find ICCID.

      • Android:

        • Go to Settings > About Phone > Status (or SIM Status).

        • Look for the ICCID or SIM Card Number.

    • Carrier App or Portal
Some carriers provide the ICCID in their app or customer portal if it’s not easily visible on your device.

How it Works

  • Submit the Request in the Telgea Portal: Follow the steps on porting your number, and upload your documents.

Quick Tips for Success

  • Keep Your Number Active: Make sure it’s active with your current carrier.

  • Double-Check Details: Ensure all details match your current provider’s records to avoid rejections.
